I think your shipping costs are very high and unreasonable because you stuff the package with extra padding like using Post Office envelopes. These pencils are wooden sticks and very unlikely to break or get damaged. Maybe try a light, small cardboard box with a little bubble wrap, which would be half the cost. I receive precious jewelry gemstones and crystals shipped to me in light cardboard boxes at half the cost and they arrive in good condition. Some companies even use a thick layer of bubble wrap. I have never had to return any product due to damage. Now - and this is my fault - I chose the wrong color pencil. I prefer a dark plum like AA11 and am not happy with a pale burgundy. But for a buck a piece I'll keep them. And your new price of my preferred AA11? Our local 99¢ store (here in Manhattan) sells them for $1.29 retail and you're selling them wholesale for $3+ dollars. Really? Last time I purchased the AA11 from you I paid somewhere over a $1+ and ordered ten pieces. So all in all I guess you can say I am not a happy shopper. Susan Yoresh
Well the color looks pretty on the pencil, that's about it. Smooth and creamy does not describe it, more like hard and waxy. I can't even get any color on my lips. Gave two stars because I was feeling generous.
