Being that our company is web based, we are dedicated to provide our customers the best quality and detailed photographs of our merchandise.
However, various factors such as lighting and monitor setting can cause the colors of the pictures to be slightly different than the actual product.
Since the actual product you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
For your convenience, you will receive a confirmation email from our database once you have successfully placed your order with ikatehouse.
The email contains detailed information of your order. This email serves as your receipt and can be printed for your own records.
All ikatehouse orders can be tracked without shipping carrier so you can see updated information whenever. (All US Orders, International Priority and Express Only)
Once everything is set with our warehouse we will send you an email including the expected delivery date. Simply click on your tracking number to view the up to date tracking.

SALES TAX

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We do not currently have the facility to let you know if or when an item is due back in stock.
On the other hand, our stock is replenished on a weekly basis depending on the particular item and brand.
CANCELING & MODIFYING ORDERS
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping bag.
It is very important that you review your order including the breakdown amount, quantity and shipping method before submitting the order.
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order status will be "processing".
Your order is then sent to our warehouse, entering the shipping process almost immediately.
The only time that you may cancel or modify your order is during the processing stage.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order in which we suspect is fraud.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell.
We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason.
We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification information before proceeding any order.
Please be advised, we reserve the right to cancel or decline any orders of that shipping address after dispute has been filed without any prior notice against our company.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for store credit only.
Returns are available if initiated within 14 business days of receiving your package.
Items will be shipped back at the customer's expense meaning that the customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges involved in returning the items unless the mistake was made by us.
All items must be returned in their original condition; unused, unopened, including packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn or altered.
All sales are final for promotional, discounted, or sale items.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All defective or missing items must be claimed within 7 calendar days of receiving your package for store credit only.
OTHERS
ikatehouse packaging includes fragrance. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction towards the use of fragrance in our packages.
If you are allergic please notify us before shipping your products and we will gladly exclude it from your package.

ikatehouse is a retail online store; therefore we do not have a complete list of all ingredients for each item available in our website. For more information regarding the ingredient list of any of the products in our website, please contact the company directly.
Most of the brands that we carry are cruelty free. However to reassure if the products are cruelty free, please contact the company directly.
ikatehouse does not provide any contact information to customers about any of our providers.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Before using any promotion, be sure to check its terms and conditions for specific guidelines and restrictions. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Once a discount code has been applied, no adjustments/ refunds will be made to prior or processing orders.
HOW TO USE A PROMO CODE
In the payment section of checkout, enter the promotion code exactly as it appears in the promotion including uppercase or lowercase letters. Be sure to avoid including a space before the promotion code, which sometimes happens if you copy and paste from an email or other electronic communication.

Please be advised, any accounts which have not been logged into for the past 2 years, will be deleted from our system automatically. This includes any information, as well as any points and credits that the account contains.
