    Customer Reviews

    Overall rating: 3.9 / 5 from 11 reviews.

The product is great and I've used it for years! However the customer service at Ikatehouse is subpar. I ordered 7 and 2 bottles opened up and spilled. I reached out and was asked to take a picture of the damage. I took a picture of the near empty bottles and the shipping box because the lotion spilled all over the box. I emailed the pictures but never heard back from the store. I will not be shopping here again

The product has no expiration date. Original product should have both manufacture and expiration dates.

Store owner replied: Dear customer, please check the package. It should be mentioned on the top or bottom side of the package box.

I wanted to bring to your attention about the lotion I purchased from you. You sent me the lotion that is defective, and damaged, I am planning to send it back for a refund. Check your products first before you sell them to customers. Thanks for your understanding
