We accept returns for store credit only. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All shipping costs must be at customer’s expense unless the mistake was made by ikatehouse.

Returned items must be unused and in its original unbroken seal or box and must be accompanied by its original receipt.

All sales are final for promotional, discounted, or sale items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for any return.

All defective or missing items must be claimed within 7 calendar days of receiving your package for store credit only.

If the return is due to the buyer's responsibilities (such as don't like/want, ordering wrong products/sizes), we may remove 20% from your refund as restocking fee/handling fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
